LED lighting has become a hot topic with my customers. And there are plenty of options available for your vehicle, from LED light strips to full light bars.
If you aren’t sold on the idea of larger LED light bars but still some flair to your vehicle, LED light strips are the way to go. During the daytime, these strips look like bright custom accents to your headlights. At night though, it’s a different story…
The cool thing about these strips is that they stay on with your parking light signal, shining a bright white. They also connect to your blinker trigger, going from bright white to amber when using your turn signals. Most of these strips are universal and designed to be installed during a custom retrofit or any headlight modification.
If you’re looking for a more customized modification to your outdoor vehicles, look into some LED Light Bars. These light bars, when mounted to the front of your vehicle, can enhance your lighting and increase your sight distance significantly depending on the bar’s overall length.
One thing to consider is how many of these bars are not yet street-legal. There are some light bars classified as “potentially street legal”, such as the JW Speaker Model 9049-3M Light Bar; however, even these could get you in trouble on the highways with a strict state trooper, so do your homework first before using them on the highway.
If you’re ready to add some LED lights to your vehicle, give me a call and we’ll get you started.
